How to measure

  1. Wrap a strip of paper or non-elastic string around the base of the finger you will wear the ring on.
  2. Keep it snug but not tight. Too loose or too tight will give you the wrong size.
  3. Mark the point where the ends meet.
  4. Lay it flat against a ruler and measure in millimetres. Measure two or three times to be sure.

Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger.

Know today's ceiling

One score and one sentence every morning (push, maintain or rest) so you stop guessing and start deciding.

Sleep that shows its work

Your sleep stages scored every night with a personal baseline in ~2 weeks, showing exactly which habits earn you deeper sleep.

Train on evidence

A falling HRV trend flags the overtraining week before your body does, so you adapt on evidence, not guesswork.

How it works

01

Slip it on. Seal it.

Size it with the £6.99 sizing tape, refunded against your ring, then forget it: 4 grams, no screen, nothing to charge overnight.

02

Wear it 24/7.

It logs your heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and sleep stages from your finger, where the signal is strongest.

03

Open the app. Get one sentence.

Raw patterns become one readiness score and one verdict (push, maintain or rest) because you buy an answer, not a graph.

The strongest signal in your body is at your fingertip.

Arteries in your finger sit closer to the skin than at the wrist, so optical sensors read a cleaner, stronger pulse. That is why hospitals clip oximeters to fingers, not wrists.

You forget you are wearing it

07:04 · Morning

Last week you'd have guessed. Now you know.

You open the app before your first coffee. 83, "Primed, a strong day to train." You push the session you'd been shy about; tonight's scores show the pattern.

"£89 for a smart ring? What am I giving up?"

Nothing the sensor does is a compromise. It uses the same optical (PPG) measurement principle as the clips hospitals put on fingers. What you don't pay for is a subscription: your sleep, readiness, HRV and SpO2 profiles stay fully readable for £0/month, forever. And if 30 nights don't prove it, we'll refund every pound. You're protected, not pressured.

Questions, answered

01Which phones does it work with?

iOS 15+ and Android 10+ pair over Bluetooth in under a minute and sync automatically whenever the app opens.

Read the full guide: What Is a Smart Ring and How Does It Work? A Plain-English Guide

02Is there a subscription?

No. Every metric the ring measures (sleep stages, readiness, HRV, SpO2, heart rate and activity) is included in the price, forever.

03How do I get the right size?

Two ways. Measure at home with a strip of paper and a ruler using the size guide on this page, or order the PulseRing Sizing Tape for £6.99 first. Your sizing tape confirmation email carries a code worth the full £6.99 off your ring, so sizing up costs you nothing.

04How long does the battery last?

Up to 7 days per charge, and roughly 90 minutes from flat to full on the charging case.

05Can I wear it in water?

Yes. It is rated 5ATM, which is 50m water resistance, and covers showering, swimming and the sea.

06What is your returns policy?

30 days from delivery, for any reason. Trying the ring on to check the size will not void it. Size exchanges are free, one per order, and if anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong we cover postage both ways. For any other return you cover return postage and we refund the item in full.
