What's inside

One measures. Three change the night.

Every feature of the ring is yours with no monthly fee. The other three are the changes the ring keeps score on.

PulseRing Pro

01 · Reads the night

PulseRing Pro

Heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and sleep stages, every night. After about two weeks it knows your normal and gives you one call each morning: push, maintain or rest.

Titanium · 5ATM water resistant · up to 7 days battery
Peak Blackout worn in bed

02 · Darkens the room

Peak Blackout

Two moulded eye cups sit around your eyes, not on them, so nothing presses on your lids or lashes. A flat strap you set once, so it holds when you turn over.

Contoured sleep mask
Peak Mouth Tape strips beside the box

03 · Keeps the lips together · 30 nights

Peak Mouth Tape

One strip across the lips at bedtime, so your nose does the breathing. It peels off in the morning.

Not for everyone. Check it suits you first.

04 · Lifts the sides of the nose · 30 nights

Peak Airflow

Three flexible spring bands across the bridge of your nose gently lift its sides outward, so your nostrils sit a little wider while you sleep.

The Peak Loop

The routine that joins everything in the box. Read the night, decide in the morning, act at bedtime, and repeat until the trend tells you something.

How it works

Two weeks to learn your normal. Then you test the changes.

Illustrative trend

Nights 1 to 14

Learn your normal

Wear the ring and sleep as usual. It records your baseline: sleep stages, resting heart rate and HRV.

Night 15 onwards

Add the changes

Mask on, tape on, strip on. The same three steps every night.

Week 4

Read the verdict

Your score against your own baseline answers one question: is this working for you?

The line above is an illustration, not a promise. Some changes will move your numbers and some will not. Either way you will know, instead of guessing, and that is the point.

The ring is not an add-on. It is the referee.

The mask and breathing strips are the changes. The ring scores every night against your own baseline, so you can see which change moved what, and which did nothing.

Week five

The routine runs itself. The ring keeps the score.

By now the three bedtime steps take under a minute. Each morning the question is simple: is your line above your baseline or not?

“£129? A mask and some tape cost £20 online.”

They do. Cheap tape and a mask might help, but you never find out whether they did, because how you feel on a Tuesday is not data. £89 of this system is the ring. The other three add £40 and come with a way to judge them: 60 nights of tape and strips, and a nightly score against your own baseline.

Run it properly. If it is not for you, our 30-day returns apply.

Questions, answered

01Which phones work, and how do I pick my ring size?

iOS 15+ and Android 10+ pair over Bluetooth. This system comes in ring sizes 8 to 11.

Not sure of your size? Get the sizing tape first. It costs £6.99 and the full amount comes off your ring order. If the size is still wrong, you get one free size exchange.

Outside sizes 8 to 11? Choose PulseRing Pro on its own (sizes 7 to 14) and add the sleep products separately.

02How does the ring score the other three products?

It does not know they exist, and that is the point. It records your sleep every night against your own baseline. Use the mask, tape and strip consistently and any real change shows up in the trend. Skip a week and you will see that too.

03Is mouth tape right for me?

For most adults with a clear nose, used as directed, it is low risk; the usual problems are skin irritation and feeling anxious.

It is not for anyone with a blocked nose, sleep apnoea or suspected sleep apnoea, a breathing condition, or after alcohol or sedatives. Never use it on a child. If you have asthma, COPD or another breathing condition, check with your GP or asthma nurse first. Skip it on any night your nose is blocked.

Not sure? Leave the tape out. The mask, the strips and the ring still work without it.

04How does delivery work?

Delivery is free worldwide on this system, because it is over £80. Every order is tracked, and the products may arrive in more than one parcel.

We process every order within 24 hours. Average delivery time, from order to your door: UK 4 to 7 days, United States and Canada 5 to 9 days, Australia 6 to 10 days, European Union 7 to 10 days, everywhere else 6 to 10 days.

05What if it is not for me?

You have 30 days to return it. Change-of-mind returns pay their own postage, and anything that arrives faulty is replaced free.

06What is covered by the warranty?

PulseRing Pro has a 12-month warranty. Anything that arrives faulty is replaced free.

07Is this a treatment for snoring or a sleep disorder?

No, and we will not pretend it is. The mask blocks light, the strips and tape support nose breathing, and the ring measures your sleep. PulseRing Pro is a wellness device, not a medical device. If you think you may have a sleep disorder, or someone notices you stop breathing or gasp in your sleep, speak to your GP.
