Seven gifts from £12.99 to £149, built around one idea: read the night, then do one useful thing about it. A smart ring with no subscription, two sets built around it, and four tools for the neck, the back and the night. Each one comes with an honest note on who it is not for.

How to choose
Peak Mouth Tape (£12.99), Peak Airflow (£13.99) or CerviRelief Pro (£14.99). Small, useful and free to send anywhere in the UK.
Peak Peanut Pro (£54.99), for the knot between the shoulder blades that hands cannot reach. Allow 10 to 17 days for delivery.
PulseRing Pro (£89), the gift that measures: heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and sleep, with no subscription. Over £80, so it ships free worldwide.
The Sleep Reset System (£129) for someone who sleeps badly, or the Total Recovery System (£149) for someone who trains hard. Each costs less than its parts bought separately.
Nothing here is made for one sex. The ring alone goes up to US size 14 and the sets stop at 11; our smart ring for men page covers larger sizes.
Before you give it
A wellness device, not a medical one. It does not read skin temperature or track a cycle, and it does not detect or diagnose any condition.
Do not use it if the nose is blocked; with sleep apnoea, diagnosed or suspected, unless a sleep specialist has advised it; with asthma, COPD or another breathing condition, unless a doctor has advised it; if covering the mouth brings on anxiety or claustrophobia; if there is any risk of vomiting; or after alcohol, sleeping tablets or anything sedating. Never use it on a child. Wear one strip for 20 minutes while awake before the first night.
Not for anyone with a neck injury, who has had neck or spine surgery, who has osteoporosis or inflammatory arthritis affecting the neck, or who has been told to avoid neck stretches. With ongoing neck pain, headaches or pain travelling into the arms, see a GP or physiotherapist first. It is a comfort product, not a medical device.
Not for use on an injury, bruising, broken skin, varicose veins or directly on bone, and never on the front or sides of the neck. Anyone pregnant, with a medical condition or with an implanted device such as a pacemaker should check with a GP or physiotherapist first.
Not for children under 3, or for broken, sore or sunburnt skin. For a blocked nose that lasts, a pharmacist or GP is the better first stop.
Something they will use without having to change their life around it: a ring worn every night, a strip before bed, eight minutes on a neck stretcher after work. A gift that needs a monthly fee, a new routine and a manual is a harder sell after the first week.
PulseRing Pro (£89) if he trains or sleeps badly, the Total Recovery System (£149) if he trains hard, and CerviRelief Pro (£14.99) if he spends the day at a screen. Every gift here is unisex.
Peak Mouth Tape at £12.99, Peak Airflow nasal strips at £13.99 and CerviRelief Pro at £14.99. UK delivery is free on every order, so in the UK the price on the card is the price you pay.
No. PulseRing Pro costs £89 once. Heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep stage estimates and the daily readiness score are included for as long as you own the ring.
Every ring order includes one free size exchange, asked for within 30 days of delivery. In the UK we send a prepaid label for the ring coming back, and wherever you are we pay to send the new size.
Within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns pay their own postage, and faulty items are replaced free. Opened mouth tape and nasal strips cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty; unopened packs can.
We process every order within 24 hours. Average delivery, order to door: UK 4 to 7 days, EU 7 to 10, United States and Canada 5 to 9, Australia 6 to 10, everywhere else 6 to 10. Peak Peanut Pro usually takes 10 to 17 days, including when it is part of the Total Recovery System.
PulseRing Pro is £89 once, with no subscription, and everything else here works around it. Free UK delivery, free worldwide over £80 and 30-day returns.
